Throughout 2011, these figures have in turn attended a workshop at the cooking school workshops and Flavours, Montreal, and now share in this book their childhood memories and favorite recipes, but also show any sensitivity towards children. This superb book of 240 pages contains over 60 recipes made fresh and has a simple user-friendly kitchen. It offers table d’hote meals that will brighten up with family and friends through a variety of delicious recipes all over each other, like a cream of carrot soup with ginger and lemongrass, a sweetbread with cream port and sautéed mushrooms and caramelized shallots.
