I’m sure you’ve seen thousands of clever ads all over the internet for all these “Wu-tea” products claiming to be the miracle cure for fat loss.
I must admit that there is some clever marketing behind these sites … they even say things like “as seen on Oprah” and try to claim any kind of support from celebrities.
Here’s the deal …
Most of these new tea products on the Internet that claims to be a miracle cure for fat loss is oolong tea. Some brands may have other teas mixed well, but most I’ve seen are just oolong tea.
Now I will say that oolong tea has a lot of studies showing that behind may have some minor benefits to help aid fat loss in a couple of different ways, including a slight rise in metabolism through thermogenic effect, and some studies also suggest that may slightly increase the% of fat calories burned.
A word of warning about these “miraculous tea sites” … many of them are blatant fraud, and even the sale of high quality oolong that want to sell. Be the owner of this company oolong tea, and I trust their supply of oolong tea quality higher.
But I’m still not 100% convinced that you can not get basically the same benefits of oolong tea that you may be able to buy cheaper whole foods or maybe another health food store.
But with all that said, Meratol is there really any major effect fat loss oolong tea drinking?
Well, the answer is … a little.
If you’ve read my Truth about Six Pack Abs manual, then you know that I recommend as a mixture of green tea, black tea, oolong tea, black tea and its daily schedule to help possibly a little lighter with fat loss and metabolism.
However, the fact is that tea consumption does not “miraculously” transform your body or “melt the fat.” May have a slight thermogenic effect and possibly help you burn calories a little lighter day. In addition, there are plenty of other benefits, many of which are due to the high content of antioxidants in tea.
But let’s face it … if you drink tea or not is not a major factor in how quickly you will burn body fat … is only a very minor detail. The real factors are lifestyle as a whole, the program type and intensity of exercise, the quality of your diet and your way of thinking … all of which we focus on a regular basis in this newsletter and my Truth about Abs program.
So what I recommend is …
Most of these “miracle tea fat loss” on the Internet are too exaggerated, and any effect that is achieved will be lower. Now I’m not saying that there can be a cumulative effect if you do a lot of these little tips and tricks combined, and I’ve always said that green tea and oolong are certainly part of that. So if you choose to use oolong tea, find a good quality brand in your local health food store.
Anyway, I recommend it as white, green, black, oolong and tea (and other types of tea like yerba mate, rooibos, etc.) in their diet for its health benefits and antioxidants, but just be careful not be overstated claims scammed by web sites you do not know. Remember, if the claims seem wildly overrated, it’s probably too good to be true.
